RE: Amateur Trapshooting Association Competition in Canada and the United States

Dear Official:

Please be advised that [AtaMember:Name] (ATA number [AtaMember:AtaNumber]) who resides at [AtaMember:Address] is a member in good standing of the Amateur Trapshooting Association. This participant has been an active member in our lifetime recreational sport for a number of years. This member attends several registered competitions each year.

The purpose of this correspondence is to inform you that the person presenting this declaration can confirm ATA membership. Our association conducts more than 6,000 shotgun shooting tournaments at 1,300 gun clubs throughout Canada and the United States.

All members in good standing are invited to these competitions even though official programs may not be mailed from gun clubs to more than 100,000 members. A shoot calendar is provided on our web-site www.shootata.com and Trap & Field magazine, and this letter is duplicated to solicit tournament participation.

It is our sincere wish that this official correspondence be accepted when ATA members transport their personal recreational shotguns and ammunition while traveling to and from tournaments in Canada and the United States.
